Dominika Piotrowska Wins Coffee in Good Spirits Austria 2026

Vienna, 2026  – From March 24–25, 2026, the Liquid Market Aperitivo Spring hosted one of its standout highlights: the SCA Austria Coffee in Good Spirits Championship 2026, co-organized by GOTA Coffee together with the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). The event took place at Club Volksgarten in Vienna, bringing together Austria’s top baristas and mixologists in a unique celebration of coffee and cocktail culture.

Blending specialty coffee with mixology, the Coffee in Good Spirits format is one of the most creative and demanding disciplines in the industry. Competitors performed across two stages, Spirit Bar and Stage Performance, where technical precision meets creativity, and coffee is reimagined through the lens of cocktail craftsmanship.

“Our goal was to create a stage where professionals can perform at the highest level and have an audience that values liquids,” the GOTA team shared.

Across two days, the competition unfolded in multiple rounds. Day one featured the first round, where participants showcased their skills and creative concepts, with finalists announced later that evening. On day two, the top competitors returned to the stage to deliver their final performances, culminating in the award ceremony.

In the end, one competitor stood above the rest.

Dominika Piotrowska was crowned the winner of the Coffee in Good Spirits Austria 2026 Championship, delivering an exceptional performance that impressed both judges and audience alike. 

With this victory, Dominika Piotrowska will go on to represent Austria at the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, further showcasing Austrian talent on the global stage.
