From GOTA to Vienna Coffee Festival: GOTA Running Club x La Marzocco

On September 13, we switched things up for a very special edition of the GOTA Running Club. Together with La Marzocco, we took our Sunday run across Vienna with one destination in mind: the Vienna Coffee Festival.

Movement, coffee and community

This run was about more than just getting from GOTA to the Coffee Festival. It brought together some of the things we love most: movement, coffee and community. And we also looked the part, too. Our GOTA x La Marzocco shirts brought both communities together and made us pretty hard to miss on the streets of Vienna. It was exactly what the GOTA Running Club is all about: getting active together, meeting new people and connecting over a shared love for coffee.

6K through Vienna

At 9 AM, we met at GOTA Coffee Experts, put on our running shoes and headed out together. From GOTA, our route took us along Mariahilfer Straße, past TU Wien, via Rennweg and all the way to Marx Halle. With a great crew and plenty of energy, we made our way through Vienna together, bringing some GOTA Running Club spirit to the streets along the way.

Straight into the Vienna Coffee Festival

After 6K, we reached our destination and went straight from running mode into Coffee Festival mode. A delicious breakfast and, of course, plenty of coffee were waiting for us. The perfect reward after our Sunday morning run. And with Sunday marking the final day of the Vienna Coffee Festival, we couldn’t have imagined a better way to kick it off. We arrived together, brought the energy with us and were ready for a day all about coffee.
