Have you ever asked yourself how we, at GOTA, select our coffees?
In our Roasting and Cupping Workshop you have the opportunity to use a Ikawa Sample Roaster to roast green coffee. After roasting the coffees we cup and grade them by their flavors, sweetness and body.
Roasting and Cupping takes a lot of experience, knowing how the beans will behave in bigger roasting drums.
