In this course we will take you through all the stages of coffee, from bean to cup.
In a 3 hours session you will learn about the origin, the varieties and the different coffee processing methods. You will learn about roasting, grinder calibration, a basic understanding of the espresso machine, extraction, alternative brewing methods and finally about milk steaming. The aim of this course is to give you the necessary skills to prepare a tasty espresso and a perfectly steamed milk with a beautiful latte art.
