Discovering and understanding coffee with all senses. After an introduction to the sensory world of humans and the roasting and preparation of coffee, the origin and perception of different taste qualities and aromas in coffee will be explained and explored together in sensory experiments (smelling, hearing, feeling, seeing, tasting).
